Three platforms and a
spreadsheet is not a system

A scheduler that can't tell a dress rehearsal from a committee meeting. A ticketing site that doesn't know your calendar. A separate sign-up form for volunteers.

Nobody's sure who's coming

With Venvy

One App

One login. Nothing to reconcile.

The bit nobody else does

Bookings that resolve
themselves

Rank your event types once — services above practice, dress rehearsals above committee meetings. After that, when two things want the same room, Venvy decides by your rule instead of by whoever clicked first.

1

Bypass the clash

Your event types, your rules, your priorities. The most important events always get booked, without the hassle of manually moving events around.

2

A clear view of what's changing

A preview of exactly what relocates, where to, and who it touches. Nothing changes until you say go.

3

It offers the alternative

A room that actually fits the group, at the same time, one click away. Equal-priority clashes go to an admin.

4

It tells the right people

Whoever got moved hears it right away — not from a manual email from you, not in a hallway, not on the day of.

Works across recurring series and multi-room holds, not just single bookings. And every change lands in the audit log.

How Venvy works

Book the room.
Count the house.

  1. 01

    Schedule the season

Single events or a whole recurring run, one room or five at once. Day, week, month, year and list views with drag-to-create.

  2. 02

    Publish it

A public calendar anyone can see without an account, plus iCal integration for the people who need it.

  3. 03

    Book it

Outside groups ask for a space from that same public page — and land in the same priority rules as everyone else.

  4. 04

    Staff it

Staff & volunteer roles per event, confirmation emails with a self-service cancellations, and reminders.

  5. 05

    Sell it

Online and in-person ticketing with your own Square account — QR tickets, door check-in, refunds and exchanges.

  6. 06

    See how it went

Room utilization, attendance and revenue — so next season's calendar is an argument you can win with numbers.

And the rest of what a venue actually needs

  • Multi-room holds

Hold the stage, the green room and the lobby as one booking.

  • Equipment & add-ons

Attach the projector, the piano, the mic pack to the booking that needs it.

  • Teams & delegated managers

Let the youth director book their own slots without handing over the keys.

  • Capacity-aware rooms

Fifteen people don't get put in the 400-seat house.

  • Editable email templates

Change notices, reminders and relocation notices, in your own voice.

  • Multi-location

Two campuses, one account, separate calendars that still talk.

  • Full audit log

Who changed what, and when. Every time.

  • Holidays & blackouts

Import them once; stop booking Christmas Eve by accident.

  • Help that's built in

A searchable help drawer, so a new volunteer coordinator isn't stuck.

Switching

Bring your bookings with you.

Already on Booked or phpScheduleIt? Import your reservations directly — the calendar you switch to on Monday is the one you had on Friday.

Selling somewhere else today? Ticket orders come across too, so inventory and customer records are right from the first show.

Straight answers

What venues ask us first.

You're pre-launch. Why trust our season to you?

Fair question. The scheduling core is built and in user testing with real venues — the ticketing and multi-venue work is what's still ahead, and we mark it as such on this page. You'll get a named person who answers the phone. If Venvy isn't right for you, we'll say so on the demo.

Can volunteers and outside groups use it without accounts?

Yes. Volunteer sign-up, the public calendar and booking requests all work with no login. Confirmation emails carry a self-serve cancel link.

What if the engine moves something it shouldn't?

It can't move anything without showing you first, and equal-or-higher priority clashes never auto-resolve — they route to an admin. Every action is in the audit log, so you can see what happened and undo it.

Will you take a cut of our ticket sales?

No. Ticket money goes straight into your own Square account. We charge a small flat platform fee per ticket, which you can pass to the buyer or absorb.

We're an escape room, not a theater. Does this fit?

Partly, today. Rooms, timed slots, public booking and check-in fit well; per-person pricing and waivers are on the roadmap, not shipped. Come to a demo and we'll tell you honestly whether to wait.

Bring your messiest week. We'll run it through Venvy.

Thirty minutes, your real rooms, your real season. You'll know by the end whether this is your system.

We reply within a business day. No sales sequence.
